The last thing I want, is someone buying my guide and finding it doesn’t help them.  So here am going to explain who shouldn’t buy my guide.

If you received a credit card last week, maxed it out, and would rather not pay it back, too bad – this guide is not going to work for you.

The longer you have had your credit card accounts, the more chance you have of success for a number of reasons which I go into in my guide.  However, there was a change in legislation in 2006 which means you will see little success using these ‘loopholes’ in accounts taken out after April 2007.
