Many people who buy my guide are already struggling, have already damaged their credit files. Mine was no exception. Once you begin the process, and if it is found that your debts are legally unenforceable then it stands to reason that they should not record negative information about you because effectively, you are not late paying. The payment isn’t due from a legal perspective.
However, with that said, sadly they may continue to record negative information such as late payments and defaults. It is wrong, but it happens and the credit reference agencies themselves are of little help. They seem more inclined to side with their paying customers – the lenders.
In summary, if you are to use this process then you can’t expect to maintain an impeccable credit record.
