Why buy from us?
Although my guide is a do-it-yourself, step by step guide, it is not unusual for you to receive a cleverly worded letter from the lenders solicitors drawing you to some obscure section of some obscure act. If you get such responses, I am here for you. You can scan the leter and send it through to me for assistance. Unlike some of the other websites out there, stealing my website test and re-selling my guide without permission, I have been through it all already, having started my journey in late 2005 and having helped numerous clients along the way.
Buy from a pirate and you're on your own!
Here's simple way to see if someone is a scammer. If they have a site that reads identical, or similar to mine, use http://web.archive.org to see who was on the web first - it's that simple.
What can you hope to achieve?
If you have credit card accounts were taken out prior to April 2007, there is a VERY GOOD CHANCE, that you will LEGALLY be able to tell your lender, that you will not be making ANY further payments, and that they are, by law, NOT ALLOWED TO ASK. Trust me, all will become clear later.
Let me explain my use of 'very good chance', one of the laws we rely on relates to the application form you signed. Now, many of these were flawed, and as such, cannot be enforced. Now, the lenders changed these from time to time, but I have yet to see an old one that is legally enforceable. In my case, none were. The only single one that was enforceable was the newest card I had - Egg. However, Egg holders do not be deterred by this as I was suprised to find Egg holders having success with my guide. (maybe an older account).
I had great success with MBNA x 4 (£30,000), Barclaycard (£6000), Marbles (£11,000). And a few more.
You may think this is simply too good to be true and therefore cannot be so, but the good news is all of what I write here is 100% fact.
GREED. To their detriment, the lenders have been very greedy.
They did not anticipate that YOU would be reading THIS page. They did not anticipate The Internet. They thought they could break the rules and no-one would find out.
Let me explain GREED.
When you sign a credit agreement, you are signing a legally binding contract. (provided it is worded properly of course). It's an important document, that has serious repercussions should you fail to keep your side of the bargain. In light of this, it's imperative that you are informed of your obligations, which means LOTS of small print. However, in their wisdom, lenders decided that LOTS of small print might scare away customers, so lets leave it out. Of course, that was a big mistake, because such agreements are not legally enforceable.
Did you ever reply to a tiny little slip of paper that fell out of your sunday paper offering you a credit card? If so, thats one of the accounts where you are very likely to be in luck!
First, let me tell you a little about myself...
I had more than £50,000 in credit card debts including cards from MBNA, HFC / Marbles, Liverpool Victoria, Halifax Amazon Card, Bank Of Scotland, Barclaycard, First Direct Gold, American Express to name a few! I also had a low income. How / why did I get myself into such a mess? Well, right now it’s not important. In fact there is no notable reason as to how I accumulated such debt whilst living such a normal life. I take full responsibility for getting myself into debt, but I do believe the greed of the financial institutions that kept sending letters saying ‘congratulations we have increased your credit limit’ contributed.
The more they lend you, the more interest they get to charge so it makes good business sense to them to keep lending you more and more.
Eventually, I struggled to pay even the minimum payment and then they hit me with late payment charges. That’s how I accumulated such huge debts. Like many people, I ended up taking from one to pay the other. Maybe not deliberately but I would buy some shopping on a card this week and then use my salary to pay another card - that’s the same thing isn't it? Some months, when things would be really tight, I would take cash from the cash point just to put into my bank account to meet my credit card direct debits.
Sound familiar? I was getting deeper and deeper into debt and I knew I could not go on forever. I knew something had to give soon and I was genuinely worried although I did tend to bury my head in the sand for most of the time.
Meanwhile, the stress was having an adverse affect on my personal life. I could be in a really good mood one minute and then every now and then it would suddenly occur to me - the mess I was in, and I would drop into a foul mood instantly. My wife used to ask what was wrong and I used to say ‘don’t worry about it’ she knew about the debt, but didn’t have to worry about making the payments. She just didn’t understand the pressure – and I am glad she didn’t feel it – it was horrible.
Today, things are completely different. My total monthly payment to the ONLY card that was in fact legally enforceable id £2.
It has been close to two years since I communicated with the other lenders. I told them I wasn't paying and why and they stopped chasing. No solicitors, no debt collectors, no telephone calls and not letters. They knew they were beat.
This ia stark contract to the £1700 a month I used to pay - and I wasn't even earning anywhere near that!
Had I not discovered the loopholes I am offering to you I may have been a slave to my debts for the rest of my life.
Why isn't this common knowledge?
There are many reasons why the banks and credit card companies have to write off debts and it isn't a rare occurrence. You never read about it of course, they wouldn't want others to find out the truth. Thats why, they will do anything to stay out of the news - and that includes them trying to stay out of court at all costs. (Although they love to make threats of court action!).
Do I have to go Bankrupt? or enter an IVA?
The information in my guide does not rely on anything of the sort. Bankruptcy and IVA's are for people who don't use loopholes.
When you use loopholes you are in the driving seat. You tell the lenders, I will not be giving you any more money and this is why.
Although the Citizens Advice Bureau and charities such as CCCS do an excellent job. They do not utilise the loopholes and techniques I am offering you. It's a very effective, albeit maverick approach.
I recently advised a friend who was going through some
financial hardship, and owed £6500 on a Marks and Spencer credit card. Two
weeks and three letters later, the debt was completely written off.

Will I get Blacklisted? or a Bad credit rating.
The answer to this one is... if the accounts are legally un-enforeable, it is also unlawful fir the lender to report bad information about you. The reason being, you are not paying, because you don't have to. Not because you are in breach of contract etc. Therefore, they cannot legally report negative information, or issue a default. However, that said - some will. And it is a battle to get it removed although you can certaily do it. Remember, for all we do, we stay within the law and as such the law is on our side. It is they who chose to break the rules.
My advice is relevant to other debts not just credit cards.
The advice in the guide is relevant to other debts, not just credit cards. The success with credit cards is huge, but less so with other types of debt. The reason is simple. In their greed, they thre credit cards at people - and broke many rules doing so. They made less mistakes with other kinds of debt, but for the price of a few stamps it is definately worth investigating! How much does the guide cost?
I very much doubt the guide will cost you anything in the long run. In fact, if you have even a single credit card account dating prior to April 2007 I expect, not buying the guide would cost you thousands.
That said, I charge £99 for the guide.

Do you even know how much repyaments you make each month? Mine went from
£1700 to £2 per month. A difference of £1698 a month! That was life changing.
